Refund Policy

One-time setup and build fees

• Setup fees and website build fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
• Work is treated as begun when we start discovery, configuration, design, or development on your engagement.
• If you cancel before work has begun, any setup or build fee already paid is returned in full to the original payment method.

Recurring monthly charges

• Monthly service subscriptions may be cancelled at any time with thirty (30) days’ written notice to support@amaiservices.com.
• No partial refunds are issued for the current billing period. Service continues through the end of the notice period.
• Recurring charges stop after the notice period ends. You will not be billed for a further period.

Consulting

Consulting time already delivered is non-refundable. Retainer hours are allocated per month and do not roll over into the following month.

Third-party costs

Amounts paid to third parties on your behalf — telephony usage, domains, hosting, and similar pass-through costs — are refundable only to the extent that provider refunds them to us.

Discretionary refunds and how to request one

AM AI reserves the right to issue refunds at its sole discretion. To raise a billing concern or request a refund, email support@amaiservices.com with your invoice reference and what went wrong. We aim to respond within five business days. Please contact us before filing a chargeback so we can resolve it directly.
