What Vihn actually does
It answers, asks what you're calling about, and either books time on the calendar or takes a message with enough detail to be useful. It knows what AM AI offers and what it doesn't. If a question is outside that — something contractual, something that needs a real decision — it says so and hands the call off rather than guessing.
It's clear about being software. Vihn will tell a caller it's an AI if asked, and calls to AM AI may be recorded and transcribed so conversations can be reviewed. How that data is handled is written out on the privacy page.
